Sentenced in 2006 after being convicted of 3 counts of indecent treatment of a child. Refusing to move to a Brisbane prison to undertake sex offenders course. Currently detained indefinately. NSW. Found guilty in July 2010 of 120 child sex offences over a 10 year period, photographing and filming the acts. Victim included a 14 month old girl who tried to crawl away from the man but was grabbed by the legs and dragged across the bed. The toddler was one of 8 victims volested by Whitby. Claimed during the trial he was not the offender despite him filming the acts. In some videos Whitby wears items including a pink fairy outfit, black amsk, black body suit, black high heels or suspender belt and stockings - as do some of his victims. Dur to the graphic nature of the case a sign was placed on the Court to warn people. . Source - Adelaide Now. |

WHITE, Christopher Alan |
Gympie, Qld. Moved interstate from Northern Territory in June 2010 after he was placed on the child sex offender registered. Failed to report to police within 28 days of moving to Gympie. Officers found him at Widgee in August 2010 and charged him with offences. He told officers he was livign at Noosa Road, Widgee, however when police visited the address in September 2010 he had moved out. Lied to the court in early September 2010 about where he was living. Magistrates Baldwin "My concern is about what he's trying to avoid .... Why did he try to hide his address from the Court?" "I am tempted to give you a jail term because you bareface lied". 30/09/10 - Sentenced to 1 month in prison with immediate release on parole and another month in prison suspended for 12 months. Fined $500 for possessing cannabis. |

36 yo. Boondall, Qld. South African. Sexually pleasured himself in front of schoolgirls over a 6 month period. 27/10/10 - placed on 3 year probation with NO CONVICTION after pleading guilty to 7 counts of indecent treatment of girls aged 12 and 13 yrs. Repeatedly touched his genitalia and waved it about as the school children, dressed in the uniforms, walked past his residence. Defence counsel Angus Edwards said "he found this exhibitionism ...... released him from emotional and psychological (trauma)". "My client is not a burgeoning sex offender with a predilection for teenage girls". |

64 yo. Qld. One of Qld's most dangerous serial paedohiles. Prone to look for 'loopholes' in court imposed supervision orders in a bid to get close to young children. Recently breached a supervision order by attending a program meeting for ex-cons at a fast food outlet with children's playground. Previously given directions preventing him from attending McDonald's Restaurants on 11 occasions before being caught on 9 January 2009. Started sexually molesting children from the age of 13. Justice Martin ordered he be detained indefinately saying no supervision order would be adequate to rpevent him from re-offending against young boys. Justice Martin said without any supervision it could be expected Yeo would re-offend within two years. Psychiatrists testified he remains a high risk of reoffending and was unlikely to comply with conditions in any written supervised release order. Yeo continues to deny ever having abused children. In 2008 Court of Appeal allowed Yeo to remain in the community after Justice Philippides in 2006 rules him a danger to the community and ordered he be detained indefinately. in October 2007 Justice Mullins rescinded the detention order and released him under a strict 10 year supervision order banning him from having contact wiht children and prohibited him from leaving his home at times when children are travelling to and from school. Convicted in 2001 for sexual offences against boys and served 5 year sentence. Has refused to take part in any form of sexual offenders program. Source- Courier Mail | |
