KABAKOFF, James Jacob 

23 yo.  Qld.  Caught exposing himself to two young sisters aged 6 and 11, on a train the day after he was released from jail for masturbating in front of children at a Brisbane public library.   Has extensive criminal history for masturbating in front of children.  Was returned to custody in NOvember 2009 when he was caught passing men's magazine into a toilet cubicle occupied by a 9 year old boy at Southbank.   Jailed 20/10/10 for 18 months after pleading guilty to 2 counts of indecent treatment of hcildren under 12, obstructing police and being public nuisance.  Eligible for release on parole on 20/12/10.    Defence solicitors told court he was probable he woudl commit similar crimes if he didn't receive property treatment before his release back into the community.    Has breached community based orders including probation. 

KLEMM, Christopher Michael [photo] 

52 yo.  Qld.  Former deputy headmaster of Grammar Preparatory School aka "Churchie" in Brisbane.  Pleaded guilty to 4 charges relating to sex acts with a boy under 14 yrs - 3 x indecent treatment and 1 x unnatural offence (carnal knowledge against the act of nature).  Jailed for 5 years sspected after serving 15 months.  He befriended the boy and acted as afather figure when the boy was sent to Churchie's not long after the death of his mother.  Invited the boy to visit him in his room at the school and later at his unit.  During visits twice had the boy perform a sex act on him and once sodomised the child.  On another occasion the boy performed a sex act on Klemm in school grounds.  Defence - confused about his sexuality and was a virgin when he began teaching at Churchie in 1981.  Became 'infatuated' with the boy and believed he had found true love.
