AITON, Paul Leslie	Vic. Serving 22 year sentence in Victoria for the bashing murder of a 2 year old toddler. Toddler bashed to death in 1990. Convicted in 1993. Eligible for parole in November 2010. (source - Yahoo news).
ALLEN, David Walter	Convicted of sex offences and kidnapping. Eligible for parole in 2020. (source - Port News).
ARMSTRONG, Glenn Anthony [ photo ]	48 yo. WA/Qld. International pilot, prior to that was a school teacher. Photographed a 3 year old boy as he was changing at South Bank Parlands. Claims he took the photos because he has an obsession with circumcision. Sacked from airline V Australia shortly after his arrest. Placed on 3 year, $5000 good behaviour bond. NO conviction recorded making him eligible for a blue card to work with children. (source - Courier Mail)
ATAGORE, Almahde Ahmad	27 yo. Vic. Refused bail on 13 assaulted related charges. Arrived in Australia on July 30 2010 on a Libyan government-funded scholarship. Due to appear in Court on 24/11/10. Source - Courier Mail.
BAILEY, Frank	45 yo. Grafton, NSW. Former principal of St Andrew's Christian College in Grafton. Found guilty by a judge without a jury of having sexual intercourse in 2006 with a 14 year old student with her consent in circumstances of aggravation. Evidence of victim was that she awoke to find Bailey on top of her having sex and she screamed out for him to stop. The victim said the abuse had shattered her dream of becoming a primary school teacher. Sentenced in November 2010 to minimum 4 years jail. November 2009 was jailed for minimum 2 years and 3 months after pleading guilty to 5 counts of sexual intercourse over 4 days with a 16 year old student in 2007. Earliest release date on parole is 08/02/2014.
BEATTIE, Keith Albert DECEASED	DECEASED 67 yo. Qld. Currently serving indefinate detention. Sept 1978 - first lot of charges against boys. 1984 probation for dealing with children. 1984 jail in Vic for assaulting a child. 1989 jailed 2 yrs 4mths for indecent dealing and carnal knowledge of boys. 1997 jailed 18mth for indecent dealing. 1997 jailed 9 yrs for maintaining a sexual relationship with a child under 16 yrs. 2008 jailed further 12 mths for indecent treatment of a boy during 1995-1996. BEAUMONT, Andrew Charles	31 yo. Vic. Former High School Teacher. Jailed Feb 2009 - sentenced to 41/2 yrs, serve min 3 yrs after pleading guilty to 9 charges including sexual pentration of a child (15 yo student) and possession of child pornography. Sourse - Geelong Advertiser.
BECK, Valmae DECEASED	Charged and convicted of the murder of Sunshine Coast school girl Sian Kingi.
BEYER, John Maria [photo]	66 yo. Salvation Army volunteer. Port Arlington, Vic. 2008 - sentenced to 9yr 4mth to serve min 6 yrs after pleading guilty to 31 counts of sexual assault, gross indecency, indecent assault of a female, sexual penetration of a child and attempted buggery. 1997 sentenced to 2 yrs for sexual assault of boys. BONNEY, Dr Clem Richard Peter	Milmerren, Darling Downs, Qld. Convicted for accessing online child pornography. Previously sentenced to an 18 month good behaviour bond after pleading guilty to a charge of using a carriage service to access child pornography. Judge Fleur Kingham "his offending behaviour is part of compulsively driven behaviour that, at times crossed the child pornography boundary, but at no time provided Dr Bonney with any sexual arousal or gratification" Described his behaviour as 'improper' and 'discreditable', then ruled he could continue to work as a GP under conditions, including he not 'consult, assess, examine or treat' minors without an adult chaperone present. BROOKES, Alexandria George	Dennis Ferguson's co-accused for offence of kidnapping andsexually assaulting 3 children in a Brisbane motel. Sentenced to 11 years jail for the offences, released January 1999. Source - Courier Mail
BUCKBY, Desmond George	Qld. Repeat sex offender currently in custody. Source - Courier Mail
BYRNES, Gerard Vincent	61yo. Toowoomba, Qld. Committed crimes between January 2007-November 2008 whilst employed as a child protection officer at a Toowoomba Primary School. Charged with 44 offences including brazenly raping girls at his desk during class. On two occasions he called girls back to the classroom at little lunch, pulled down their underwear and performed sex acts on them. His offending continued for a further year before a girl complained to the principal. Charged with 10 counts of rape, 33 counts of independent treatment of a minor and 1 count of maintaining sexual relations with a child. (Source - Courier Mail)
CARROLL, Raymond John	Qld. Acquitted of the murder of Deidre Kennedy. Diedre was 16 months old when she was murdered in Ipswich in 1973 after being taken from her cot. Her body was found on top of a toilet block in Ipswich's Limestone Park. She had been beaten, sexually assaulted, dressed in women's underwear and had bite marks on her thigh. Fresh evidence links Carroll to the crime but because of double jeopardy laws cannot be retried for Deidre's murder. (source - QT)
CASE, Barbara	37yo. Virginia USA, convicted in Vic. 2008 - sentenced to 16mths jail suspended for 2 yrs for sexual penetration of a 15yo boy. Source - Herald Sun
COLLESS, Luke James	33 yo. Qld. Known as the "bikeway rapist" who sexually assaulted 11 women over a 27 month period. Pleased guilty to 5 counts of rape, 5 counts of assault with intent to rape, 6 counts of sexual assault and 2 counts of assault causing bodily harm. Originally sentenced to 25 years jail, but the sentence was reduced by the Court of Appeal to 16 years. In October 2010 pleaded guilty to two counts of maintaining a sexual relationship with young girls aged between 3 & 7 over a 12 month period. (source - Courier Mail)
CREW, Terry William [ photo ]	Qld. Sentenced 09/11/10 to 12 months intensive corrections order (ICO) - meaning he will serve his sentence in the community. He pleaded guilty in the District Court for possessing more than 200 pornographic images of young girls. A number of images showed girls, aged 6 to 12 years in sexualised poses. His defence claims he has ongoing mental health problems. Judge Wolfe, in sentencing him said "it is clear that although the photographs all involve depravity (they) are not in the worst category." Our comment - isn't any pornographic image of a CHILD depraved whether "in the worst category" or not. Source - Courier Mail
